Try to grasp this concept.
We talked about some of the Konglish which is used when speaking English which uses the category of a subject as part of the object, for example: I like blue color -- where the category is color and under the category comes the list: blue, green, brown, etc.


So, I know that blue is a color and therefore it doesn't need to be incorporated into the object (blue).


By the same token, the following sentences follow the same logic.


I'm in a lot of pain!
I = me = my body, so you wouldn't say the following:
My body is in a lot of pain!


You don't understand my mind.
Try to consider my mind.
Your mind confuses me.
She said I don't understand a woman's mind.
